I just want to thank you so much for your beautiful singing at my husband’s funeral. I wish I could have recorded all the comments from everyone who was at the service. Everyone, but everyone, said your voice was stunning, that the singing was so beautiful, that you ‘made’ the service as indeed you did. What a find you are.
I didn’t have the chance to hear the Ave Verum as we were outside the church, and I missed most of the Ave Maria for the same reason, but I just closed my eyes and absorbed the Laudate Dominum which I loved. Your leading of the hymns worked so well, and it just all blended in with the rest of the mass so smoothly.
So thank you Toni for your part in making the service so beautiful. As I mentioned before, most of the congregation were not religious, certainly not catholic, but they all loved it.
